Barry Banther CMC, CSP

Barry Banther is a sought after business consultant and inspirational speaker. He has written over fifty leadership-training programs, many of which are used by Fortune 500 companies around the world and smaller “regional businesses” throughout America. Barry combines three decades of experience as a business leader, corporate executive, and public leader to make sure you are asking the right questions to develop your team and grow your business. Barry served in the administration of three Florida Governors as their appointee to oversee private higher education. He was elected to an unprecedented four terms as Chairman of the Florida State Board of Independent Colleges and Universities. This body of work has earned him the highest accreditation from the Institute of Management Consultants as a Certified Management Consultant and from the National Speakers Association as a Certified Speaking Professional. He is one of less than 60 professionals world-wide to hold both designations. Barry resides with his wife Janice in Tarpon Springs.
 

David Banther, MS

David serves as General Manager for Banther Consulting, and helps businesses and individuals use social media and technology as a tool to grow their business. David also assists Banther Consulting’s clients with custom web-based surveys and behavioral assessments. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Hillsdale College and a Masters of Science in Information Technology Management from Colorado Technical University. David also studied International Communications at Regents College in London. He is currently pursuing a graduate certification in business administration from the Mendoza College of Business from The University of Notre Dame. David is a professional member of the Institute of Management Consultants. David gives back to his hometown by serving on the Board of Directors for the Tarpon Springs Boys & Girls Club and as a member on the Heritage Preservation Board for the City of Tarpon Springs. David, a proud Florida naitive, resides with his wife Ruth and daughter Olivia in Tarpon Springs.

Ruth Banther, PHR

Ruth serves as a Human Resource Specialist helping clients with their general HR issues that relate to personnel recruitment, assessment, and employee communication. Ruth also serves as the Family Services Manager for Banther Family Advisors. Ruth has her Bachelor of Arts in History from Hilldale College and has earned her Professional in Human Resources certification from the Society for Human Resource Management. Ruth, a Washington native, resides with her husband David and daughter Olivia in Tarpon Springs.

Bev Costa

Bev serves as Banther Consulting’s Client Services Manager. She makes certain what you need gets done! She interacts daily with clients coordinating schedules and ensuring on time delivery of services and products. Bev is a customer service specialist with over twenty-five years of experience in keeping business engagements on time and on budget. Bev, a Massachusetts native, resides with her husband Victor in Holiday.
